I have an awareness of a Business Life Cycle plan and therefore, thematically, I understand what my business’s needs have been in the past for us to grow, what my business’s needs for me presently are for us to grow, and what my business’s needs will be for us to grow.

There is a Strategic Plan for the entire organization down to each individual.

We have a clear understanding of our Values (how we will run our organization) that has been properly communicated, is shared by everyone in the organization, and drives the company culture (including rewarding, hiring, and firing).

We have a clear understanding of our Vision (where we are heading) that has been properly communicated, is shared by everyone in the organization.

Our Target Customer/Market is clear, and our sales and marketing efforts are in alignment to maximize all opportunities.

We have Unique Qualifiers (quality of service does NOT count) that separates us from our competition that our sales and marketing efforts are in alignment to maximize all opportunities.

We use Assessments to give us more insight than can be observed and leverage them in our decision-making to ensure we have the right people in the right roles for everyone throughout the organization.

We understand the Key Motivators of each individual, and manage and coach each individual accordingly.

Each team is put together to ensure each person’s strengths are maximized and weaknesses are minimized (and they are not put together based on job title alone).

Our Leadership Team is open and honest, and demonstrates a high level of competency and trust of each other.

We have a 3 - 7 touch Hiring Process, that involves the team that is most directly impacted by the hire, to ensure the right people are brought into the company culture.

Our Personnel Files and Employee Handbook are not only organized, up to date, and complete, but they are leveraged weekly/monthly to maintain consistency of the treatment and development of each individual; to ensure the values and company culture remain healthy and leverage growth for the individual and the company.

There is a Business Owner’s or Leadership Team’s resource that is consistently consulted to ensure the weaknesses of the owner or leadership team do not become the weaknesses of the company.

Each individual meets with their Direct Report/Accountability Manager for a 15 Minute Check-In Weekly, a 30 Minute Coaching Session Monthly, and a Hour Long Evaluation Quarterly.

Each individual has a Development Plan, with allotted company time to train, that is in complete alignment from their Job Description to their Daily Tasks to their Weekly Measurables to their Monthly Check-Ins to their Quarterly Evaluations.

At each Quarterly Evaluation, everyone’s Development Plan and 90 Day Projects are evaluated.

In our Weekly Meetings, we have a structured process to Identify, Discuss, and Solve key problems that have popped up in the last week or two.

We have Quarterly Meetings as a Leadership Team to evaluate and assess our business decisions of that past quarter to ensure we do not get off track to our Strategic Plan for the company.

We have a proven Change Management Process implemented throughout the organization to ensure expedient growth and maximum adaptability throughout the company.
